We're not hiring at scale. We hire one senior engineer at a time, only when an existing partner needs work we can't ship without help. If that sounds like a fit, we keep a list.

Senior only.

We don't hire to grow. We hire when an existing partner needs work we can't ship without another hand. That means everyone who joins is a senior, full stop. No bench, no juniors learning on partner projects.

Remote-first, regions matter.

Our team is across the US, EU, and Gulf. We hire by region — not because we love timezones, but because launches need overlap with your partner's working hours.

Founder reads every PR.

If that sounds suffocating, we're not the right place. If it sounds like the kind of feedback environment you'd grow in, we probably are.

No agency theatre.

No status meetings that should have been emails. No timesheet performance. No client-facing slide decks. We talk to operators, ship work, and write things down.

We're fully staffed against current partner load. When that changes, the list below is who we'll reach out to first.

Even when no roles are open, we keep a list of people we'd reach out to first. We don't ghost it. When something opens, we work it in order, top to bottom. Roles we add to the list:
