Redirects are the project
Skipping redirects can cost a store most of its organic traffic overnight. We inventory every URL, map or redirect each one, and monitor rankings for 60 days after launch while drops are still recoverable.
Replatforming
Star serviceMerchants move to Shopify because it is easier to run and its ecosystem is bigger, and sometimes because the old platform stopped being supported or started charging new fees. Either way the fear is the same: losing search traffic, order history and the integrations that hold the business together on cutover weekend. We plan for exactly that.

How we do it
Skipping redirects can cost a store most of its organic traffic overnight. We inventory every URL, map or redirect each one, and monitor rankings for 60 days after launch while drops are still recoverable.
Migration scripts run dry, then for real, then a row-count and revenue reconciliation against the old system. Order history is visible in the new admin from day one.
ERP, 3PL, email, reviews, subscriptions: each is mapped and tested on the new store before we spend a day on the storefront, because a store that looks right and cannot ship orders has not been migrated.
We run one large migration at a time so it gets senior attention every day. Cutover happens in an agreed quiet window with the rollback rehearsed in advance.
We smoke-test home, product, cart, checkout, search and analytics before you do, then watch orders, redirects and Search Console for two to four weeks under warranty.
After it ships
"The new store is live" is where most agencies leave. It is also where the best improvements start: the store is clean, the data is fresh and the team finally has a platform that moves fast. Every migration we run ships with a post-launch plan so that momentum is not wasted.

FAQ
The questions merchants ask before saying yes. Straight answers, including the ones that lose us work.
Also from the studio
Fix a slow, overcomplicated Shopify store and prove the numbers are real: speed, app bloat, and the tracking your ad spend depends on.
Wholesale and operations that hold up on Shopify, including B2B without Plus, and the ERP, 3PL and order rules that keep them running.
Private apps, automations and checkout logic for the things no app on the App Store does, built as something you own.
Start small
A senior engineer reads your store and replies within one business day: what is slowing it down, whether your tracking can be trusted, and what we would fix first. It is free, there is no call, and nothing is sold on the reply. If you would rather talk, the 30-minute call is with the same people.
