Monthly plans

A senior engineer on call. From $800 a month.

For stores that need a steady stream of small tasks and optimisations done right, not an embedded engineer. Three plans. Unused hours roll one month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and a full handover.

Three plans

Pick the block that fits.

Same engineers on every plan. The difference is how many senior hours are yours each month and how much roadmap moves with them.

Most stores start here

Starter

10 senior hours a month

$800/mo

Founder-run and growing stores that need a senior engineer on call for the small things, plus one improvement a month.

  • Ten senior hours a month
  • Fixes, sections, app tweaks, updates
  • One proactive improvement when nothing is queued
  • Friday written update, monthly planning call
  • Extra hours at $90, unused roll one month

Growth

25 senior hours a month

$1,900/mo

Brands with a steady stream of tickets and a roadmap: B2B rules, integrations, performance, campaign readiness.

  • Twenty-five senior hours a month
  • A prioritised roadmap, moved every month
  • Speed, tracking and app-bill checks included
  • Same engineers every month, no rebriefing
  • Cheaper per hour than Starter

Standing lane

50 senior hours a month

$3,600/mo

Plus brands and operations-heavy merchants that want a senior engineering lane without hiring.

  • Fifty senior hours a month
  • Architecture memory: the people who built it stay on it
  • Burst capacity for launches and peak season
  • Quarterly business review
  • Anything larger is quoted as a custom lane

Billed monthly in advance, no setup fee. Every plan includes QA, release, meetings and the 30-day warranty on anything shipped. Nothing is invoiced by the hour.

How the plan runs

Simple rules, written down.

The same rules on every plan. They are in the contract word for word.

Term

Three-month initial term, then month to month. 30 days' written notice, with a full handover of code and access.

  1. 01

Billed monthly in advance. No setup fee.

  2. 02

Unused hours roll into the next month, then expire. The balance is stated in every monthly update.

  3. 03

Busy month? Extra hours at $90 each, no new contract. We tell you at 80% used and ask before going past the block.

  4. 04

If nothing is queued, we ship a proactive improvement (speed, tracking, app bill, theme hygiene) and write it up.

  5. 05

Every month ends with a one-page report: hours used, what shipped, the number it moved, the next three ranked moves.

  6. 06

A request bigger than about twice your block is quoted as a fixed-price project, so hours never silently balloon.

Cadence

What you hear from us, and when.

Written, short, on a schedule. You never have to ask what happened this month.

Every Friday

A short written update: shipped, what it changed for the business, next, blocked.

Monthly

A 30-minute planning call and a Now / Next / Later roadmap, so the plan is a list of outcomes and not a bank of hours.

Quarterly

A 60-minute review: store health, business effect, the next 90 days, and a commercial choice (stay, step up, step down, or quote a project).

Fit

Who it is for, and who it is not.

It is for

  • Founder-run and growing stores with recurring small work: fixes, sections, app tweaks, updates.
  • Plus brands with a frequent stream of tickets and a roadmap that needs to move every month.
  • Merchants coming out of a migration or a performance fix who want the same engineers to keep going.

It is not for

  • A store that needs one change a year. Buy a small job instead, and we will say so on the call.
  • Embedded engineering with daily standups and a seat on your team. Plans are for a limited set of tasks done right. If you need more than that, a standing lane or a hire is the better answer.

One-off work lives on the small jobs menu, from $150.
