B2B and operations

Star service

Wholesale and operations that actually work on Shopify.

Since April 2026, company accounts, price lists, net terms and volume pricing run on every Shopify plan, not just Plus. What still does not come in a box is your business: the pricing rules, the inventory that must match the warehouse, the orders that have to land in your ERP correctly. We build that part, inside the plan you are on.

Is this you?

What merchants say in the first email.

  • Wholesale orders keyed in by hand from emails and spreadsheets
  • "We want to sell B2B without paying for Shopify Plus"
  • Five apps stacked to do what one properly built flow should
  • Inventory that disagrees with the 3PL, so you oversell or over-order
  • Custom payment terms, tiered pricing or approval steps no app quite handles
  • An ERP connector that technically works and nobody trusts

What you get

The result, in plain terms.

Wholesale customers ordering themselves: catalogs, price lists, net terms, reorders
One engineered workaround inside your plan instead of a stack of app subscriptions
Orders, inventory and fulfilment moving between Shopify and your ERP or 3PL on rules you can read
A clear answer on what your plan can and cannot do before any money is spent
Operations that keep running when a third party is late, with named ownership for each system

What it costs

Prices before you say yes.

B2B or subscription app setup, configured properly

$450–$1,400

Company accounts, price lists, terms, catalog rules. From the small-jobs menu.

Engineered workaround inside your plan

$4K–$10K

One capability, built and owned: an ordering flow, a pricing rule, an automation, a portal.

Integration project

$15K–$60K

ERP, 3PL, OMS or PIM. Connector configuration sits at the bottom of the band; custom sync at the top.

Ongoing wholesale and operations work

From $800/mo

Rules change as the business grows. The plan keeps a senior engineer on it.

Every fixed fee includes QA, release, meetings and a 30-day warranty. No hourly invoices. Full bands and payment terms on the pricing page.

The first step

Start with the one thing that hurts

Tell us the manual step or the app that is not doing its job. We reply within one business day with what is possible on your plan, what it would cost, and whether an existing app already solves it.

How we do it

The way we work on this.

01

Plan first, then design

Some things genuinely need Plus, such as checkout logic from a private app. Most do not. We tell you which side of that line your idea sits on before any proposal, and propose the closest possible thing when the exact ask is off-plan.

02

Rules written down before code

Who can order what, at which price, on which terms, and what happens on exceptions. One page, agreed with the person who runs operations, not just the person who signs.

03

Native features before apps, apps before custom code

Shopify's own B2B features and Flow cover more than most merchants know. Custom code is the last resort, and when it is the right one we build it as something you own.

04

Inventory truth, verified

For anything touching stock or orders we reconcile against the warehouse before launch and again after the first week. A count that drifts unnoticed for a month is how you end up overselling a wholesale customer.

05

Named ownership for every system

ERP vendor, 3PL, app developers, us: the contract names who owns each system and what happens when one of them is late. It saves the relationship when something breaks at month three.

After it ships

Launch is the midpoint.

Wholesale and operations never finish. New customers need new terms, the warehouse changes its rules, the ERP gets upgraded. Every B2B project ships with a monthly plan option so the same engineers keep iterating instead of you rebriefing a stranger.

Monthly plans from $800

Deliberately not included

  • Multi-entity, multi-currency enterprise ERP programmes (we will tell you who does those well)
  • Running your operations for you. We build the systems; your team runs them.

FAQ

About this work.

The questions merchants ask before saying yes. Straight answers, including the ones that lose us work.

Not any more. Company accounts, up to three catalogs, price lists, net terms, volume pricing and B2B Flow automations are on Basic, Grow and Advanced since April 2026. Plus still adds unlimited catalogs, deposits and richer checkout control. We tell you which you need.

A senior engineer reads your store and replies within one business day: what is slowing it down, whether your tracking can be trusted, and what we would fix first. It is free, there is no call, and nothing is sold on the reply. If you would rather talk, the 30-minute call is with the same people.
