What the free read covers

Fifteen minutes of a senior engineer's attention.

One of us opens your store, reads the field data, looks at what loads and what fires on checkout, and writes back in plain English. Nothing about it is automated.

  • What is slowing the store on real customers' phones, and the likely cause
  • Whether your tracking looks trustworthy from the outside: duplicate pixels, missing consent, checkout leftovers
  • The one or two things we would fix first, and roughly what they cost from the menu

Speed. Product pages load in about 4.8s for real visitors on mobile (Chrome field data,
last 28 days). Two things dominate: a 1.3MB hero image served at full size, and four
review/upsell apps loading before the product image. Fixing the image alone should get
most pages under 3s. Typical fix: theme performance job, $250–$450.

Tracking. Two purchase events fire on the thank-you page: a theme pixel and a channel
app. GA4 is very likely double-counting revenue. Consent Mode is not set, so EU
remarketing will be muted. This is a $550 GA4/Pixel setup, verified with a live test order.

Apps. 23 installed, 6 look unused (no theme blocks, no recent orders through them).
Worth a review; typical saving $150–$400 a month.

What we would do first: the tracking fix, because ad decisions are being made on bad
numbers. Then the image and app cleanup together.

No obligation. Reply if you want either quoted properly.

The next step for slow or messy stores

Store Health Diagnostic

$650–$1,250

By store complexity. Fixed, quoted after the free read.

A senior engineer reads your store across speed, apps and tracking, places a live test order, reconciles Shopify orders against GA4 and Meta, and hands you a ranked fix list with the before-numbers recorded.

The credit

Credited in full against any fix or monthly plan booked within 30 days. Non-refundable otherwise.

Turnaround: Five business days from access.

What you get

  • Field speed data for your real customers, per template, with the causes ranked
  • Every app and pixel listed: what it costs, what it loads, whether anything still uses it
  • A live test order followed through Shopify, GA4 and Meta, with duplicates and gaps found
  • Consent Mode check for EU and UK traffic
  • Theme health: update safety, undocumented code, app leftovers
  • A ranked fix backlog with effort and the number each fix should move

Not included

  • Ad account management or attribution modelling (we note what we saw and refer you on)
  • The fixes themselves, which are quoted from the backlog at fixed prices

Why it isn't free

Free tools scan pixels in a minute. The diagnostic is a senior engineer placing a real order, following the money through three systems, and ranking what to fix. It pays back in under three months for most stores through app savings alone, and the fee comes off your first fix anyway.
