Work

The work, without the names.

Five kinds of engagement we have delivered, described without client names. Each one says what the merchant was dealing with, what we built, and which service it lives under today.

Where this comes from

Delivered by our founders, most of it while working through Shopexperts, one of the largest Shopify task marketplaces. Named case studies with numbers are published one by one as clients approve them.

Custom subscriptions

A clothing brand on a standard plan that needed a subscription system no app offered

Lives under Custom apps

The situation

The founders had a specific subscription model in mind and every app forced them into its template. Plus was not on the table.

What we built

A bespoke subscription flow built inside the plan they were on, matching the brand and owned by the client.

Personalised products

A personalised-products store that rejected every generic customiser

Lives under Custom themes

The situation

Custom-printed products where the buying experience had to match the brand. The off-the-shelf personalisation apps made it look like everyone else's.

What we built

A custom personalisation experience on the storefront, with the pricing and variant logic the product needed.

B2B without Plus

A growing merchant running wholesale through a stack of apps

Lives under B2B and operations

The situation

Wholesale ordering held together by several monthly app subscriptions and manual steps. The Plus upgrade was not worth it for one capability.

What we built

One engineered wholesale flow inside their plan that replaced the app stack and the manual work.

Ongoing small tickets

A Plus brand with a steady stream of small changes

Lives under Small jobs

The situation

New sections, changes inside sections, custom code around third-party apps, theme cleanup, speed work. Low ceremony, high frequency.

What we built

Years of fixed-price small jobs from the same engineers, which is exactly what the monthly plan now packages.

Replatforming

Merchants moving from Salesforce Commerce, Square and Squarespace

Lives under Migrations

The situation

They moved because Shopify was easier to run and had more apps and partners, with no deadline pushing them.

What we built

Migrations with the catalog, customers, orders and redirects carried across, and the store improving after launch.
